How you can take action against the reviewer
Authors of reviews often make no effort to remain anonymous. If the review is false, the author must delete it. If he does not do this voluntarily, he can be forced to do so by court order. If the author loses the case, he or she must bear the legal costs. The publication of a correction can also be demanded. In addition, you can demand information from the author as to whether he or she has written or commissioned further unlawful reviews. Last but not least, claims for damages are also possible.
