sentence_highlight\">It has developed a procedure with which unlawful reviews can be removed quickly and efficiently out of court &#8211; the so-called notice-and-takedown procedure. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61269\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">The decisive factor here is a notification from the company concerned to the provider of the platform. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61272\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">The notification must be specific enough for the platform provider to be able to identify a legal offence without a thorough legal and factual review. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61275\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">It is therefore essential that the notification is drafted carefully and correctly. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61278\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">In addition to sound legal knowledge, this requires experience and sensitivity. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61281\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">If the platform provider does not respond to the notice in good time, he is liable as a so-called disturber. <\/span><span _d-id=\"61284\" class=\"--l --r sentence_highlight\">This means that he can then be required to delete the
